Grow Communications is run by TV Producer/Director, PR Executive,  Career Coach and professional trainer in Media, Interview and Presentation Skills, Amanda Dunleavy.  Utilising her unique skill set which includes over 10 years experience with RTÉ and 15 years as a Teacher/Trainer, Amanda enjoys unrivalled results for clients.


Amanda has worked on some of Ireland's biggest Radio and TV shows as a Reporter/ Researcher on The News at One and The Late Late Show and as a Director on RTÉ TV documentaries and entertainment series. Credits include 'Rehab People of the year' and 'On the street where you live.'


She has delivered a full suite of PR services including corporate video for organisations such as Early Childhood Ireland and The Christiana Noble Children's Foundation. 


Also a former English, History and Career Guidance secondary school teacher, Amanda combines her industry experience with her teaching and coaching skills, to deliver a dynamic training service for clients which include; Irish Times Training, Ballymun Whitehall Partnership, The Open College and Louth Meath Education and Training Board.  


A dedicated lifelong learner with qualifications in Education, Media,  Communications, Executive & Career Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychometric testing,  Amanda is as adept at building confidence, as she is at achieving first class results.    


Amanda is professionally accredited by, The Public Relations Institute of Ireland and The Teaching Council of Ireland.
